Select a technician and load their report to prepare an action plan.
Job measures use Completion Date. Memberships use Sold On. Sold-estimate sales will use sold date, including unfinished work.
Completed revenue uses Primary Technician. Installed by others uses Sold By. TGL revenue uses Lead Generated By. Warranty callbacks use the original job’s Primary Technician.
Imported from the four ServiceTitan report exports linked by your workbook. This is a dated snapshot, not a continuous API sync. No customer records are retained.
See the technician batting order by recent sales generated per opportunity.
Filter by appointment date, not the date you clicked Deploy. These dates are separate from the board date above.
Review follows appointment dates. Outcomes update as jobs complete and sold work develops. A Dispatch editor opening an unassigned job’s ranking records its visible #1 for future comparison; past decisions without a saved ranking remain unrecorded.
Plan who is working on each Pacific date. Only active technicians marked Managed in ServiceTitan are listed. Unplanned days include all active Managed technicians for recommendations; a planned day with nobody selected means Off. Saved dates do not carry forward. Past schedules remain available for review. Saving a date confirms the working roster across all three sections; unchecked technicians are off.
Use a technician's Mon-Fri pattern to stage their weekday schedule for this month, then adjust individual dates. This plans working days, not shift hours or travel time, and does not write to ServiceTitan.
Group business units under Plumbing Service, HVAC Service or Electrical. Unmapped jobs remain visible for review. These shared settings apply only to Dispatch.
Priority uses expected sales generated per matching opportunity from the last 30 complete Pacific days, among that date's working technicians in the same mapped trade. Choose the highest expected technician result or the average across technicians with matching history. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed sale or a replacement for urgent-service judgement. Missing history stays unavailable.
Compare each saved day’s full commitment with actual revenue for that same date. Recommitted jobs remain in each day’s commitment. Reads include only completed dates; no commitments are changed.
Load a reviewed workbook extraction (.json). Original daily dollars and call counts are retained. Existing dates are skipped in full; this never merges into or replaces a saved date.
Set monthly expectations by home business unit, then assign each technician to a unit. These recurring monthly targets apply to every reporting month; they are not prorated to custom date ranges. Changes apply to historical comparisons too, and prior settings are retained for audit.
Membership expectations begin with the workbook’s HCC column. Units with no target defined remain unavailable in comparisons.

Uses your saved membership types. Each customer appears once; a customer may have more than one membership.
Membership counts are memberships, not unique customers. Cancellations count each membership once within the cancellation period, including memberships later reactivated. Current cancellation dates and verified status-change history supply those dates. Cancellation reasons show the note attached to the matching ServiceTitan cancellation status change; a missing note is shown as unavailable.
Revenue includes regular completed jobs for membership customers across all business units and locations, including problem calls. Customer status is checked at the completion timestamp or estimate sold timestamp using membership dates and status history. A customer with multiple selected memberships counts once per transaction. Other membership types and unverified historical statuses stay separate from nonmembers.
HCC visits are identified by HCC business units and HCC/Care Club job types. Sold work and TGL follow-through use original-job and sold-estimate links. Completed revenue is the job subtotal; sold work is the sold-estimate subtotal and includes unfinished work. Warranty/recall jobs, membership dues, tax and non-job adjustments are excluded from the completed-job comparison. Completed and sold values must not be added together.
Choose Default photo to upload a shared fallback, or choose a technician for their personal photo. Uploaded employee photos always take priority. Frame photos with zoom and drag controls before saving. Re-upload the original to reframe a previously saved photo. Missing or removed photos use the shared default, or initials if no default has been saved. Single-person crews use their employee photo; multi-person crews use the shared default photo or crew initials.
Operations editors with Showcase view can pair a read-only TV. Codes expire after 10 minutes and can be used once. Devices remain paired until logout or revocation. Removing the issuing manager’s access also blocks their devices.
Operations editors can define dated crews shared across displays. Each completed install counts once, credited by its original primary technician and completion date. Set an end date before moving a member to another crew. Use the same crew name across dated definitions to keep one combined card. Install screens always rank completed install revenue, regardless of the service metric.
Uses verified Team Performance results through the showcase-only endpoint and home business units. Department settings choose who appears, the ranking metric and card details on this display. CA marketed sales equal sold-date sales less sales filtered to job types explicitly marked TGL or technician-generated lead. CA total installed revenue credits completed HVAC install job subtotals to Sold By, independent of sale date, excluding warranties and recalls. Installed totals are not split by lead source. Install crew cards use completed installation revenue, counted once per job and matched to the original primary technician’s dated crew. Service screens exclude install home units. Unmatched installs are flagged instead of assigned to a crew. Completed service revenue is credited to the original primary technician. Individual revenue attribution includes overlapping seller, installer and lead credits and must not be summed as company revenue. TGL revenue uses installed estimate revenue attributed to the lead-generating technician in the existing Team Performance calculation. It overlaps other revenue credits and must not be added to company revenue. Sold-date sales use the separate ServiceTitan technician sales report. Conversion uses service opportunities; it is not the HVAC Sales close rate. Care Clubs are verified active membership sales in the period. Warranties and recalls are excluded from completed service revenue. Current month runs through yesterday in Pacific time. No targets or progress toward goals are inferred; the progress line shows time until the next screen. HuntsPros profile photos identify technicians; initials remain the fallback. Single-person install crews use their employee photo; multi-person crews use the shared default photo or crew initials.
Service revenue uses true opportunity completed jobs. Installed-by-others credits completed job subtotals to Sold By when the primary technician differs. TGL revenue uses installed estimate value credited to Lead Generated By. These technician credits can overlap and are not company revenue. Service conversion and options use matching completed opportunities; HVAC Sales close rate and average sale use the native sold-date Sales report. Care Clubs count active Hunt’s Care Club 2.0 sold in the selected dates. Technicians are grouped by saved home-unit assignments, with the active ServiceTitan home unit used for new technicians. Group and trade revenue count each regular completed job once at its job business unit; individual attribution credits may overlap. Hidden technicians stay hidden here, while business-unit revenue includes all regular completed jobs.
Grouped by job type prefix across all business units: 01 Plumbing, 02 HVAC, 03 Electrical. All other prefixes appear in Other job types. Revenue is the completed-job subtotal for regular jobs; warranties and recalls are excluded. Opportunities and converted counts follow ServiceTitan flags. Average ticket = revenue ÷ opportunities. Average sale = revenue ÷ converted jobs. These are completed-revenue measures, separate from Dispatch’s sold-estimate and TGL sales. Expand a job type to see its primary technicians. Annual jobs by month counts the same regular completed jobs once, by completion month. The current year runs through yesterday in Pacific time; future months show a dash and the current month may be partial. Counts include all business units and technicians.
